LSH Youth Cross Country Team (Grades 2-6) Boys & Girls
The LSH Youth Cross Country Team will introduce kids to the sport of cross country. Shannon Froehlich and the LSH Cross Country team will lead kids through a proper warm-up and focus on efficient running form. Participants will play various running games and have the opportunity to run in several youth cross country meets.

4:45 - 5:30 p.m.
$25 (includes a t-shirt) select size at registration
Legion Park shelter in Le Sueur
We will participate in three meets.
