Ramen Bowl Creation (Grades 5-12)
Take a basic ramen packet and learn to turn it into a flavorful meal using add-ins like veggies, boiled eggs, chicken, sausage, tofu, teboki (rice cakes) and sauces. Customize your bowl while learning knife safety, boiling techniques and basic flavor-building.
