Roll Your Own Sushi (Grades 5-12)

Learn how to make authentic sushi rolls using real sushi rice, seaweed (nori) and a variety of fillings like imitation crab, cooked shrimp, cucumber, avocado and cream cheese. After a demonstration on preparing rice, spreading it correctly on nori, and using a bamboo mat to roll tightly, you will create your own custom rolls.
