Mid Summer NIghts DreamYouthFour young Athenians are caught in a love mix-up: Lysander and Demetrius love Hermia, who loves Lysander, while Helena loves Demetrius. Hermia’s father insists she marry Demetrius. In the woods, Robin Goodfellow uses a magic flower at Oberon’s command, causing both men to fall in love with Helena. Oberon also enchants Titania, who falls for Bottom after he’s given a donkey’s head. The spells are eventually reversed—Lysander loves Hermia again, Demetrius remains with Helena and Titania is restored. The couples marry and Bottom returns to perform his play. Ready, Set, GrowYouthReady, Set, Grow! (Ages 8-10) Ready, Set, Grow is a multi-week, hands-on youth gardening program taught by certified Le Sueur County Master Gardeners. Youth use their natural curiosity to explore and learn about science and nutrition through hands-on experiences in their own garden. Three engaging activity areas are featured each week. New this year: Ready, Set, Grow is a Le Sueur County 4-H Club, too. Youth can take advantage of all the projects, activities and programs offered through 4-H including exhibiting at the Le Sueur County Fair in August. You don't have to live in Le Sueur County to participate.
