Although it has comparable nutrients, the lower phytate levels mean it is more digestible and nutritious. The prebiotics also help to keep your gut bacteria happy, and it may be less likely to spike blood sugar levels. Come to this class and make a dozen sourdough muffins and go home with a small amount of starter to continue making sourdough bread. Bring a quart glass jar with a lid and a muffin tin to class. Create and design a 72 x 90 T-Shirt Quilt by digging out your favorite T-Shirts, Jerseys or Sweatshirts from School, Vacations, Play, Sports, Dance, family memories.etc. Additional supplies such as fabric for the sashing, borders and binding can be purchased from the instructor or on your own. 10 yards of fabric is required to complete this quilt.
